The Mandala Lady Maureen Frank
Through observation and meditation, I create art for the well-being of the heart, mind and soul. After an amazing and inspirational trip to Egypt in 1999, I explored the world of mandala art and began creating my own symmetry designs soon after. Since then I expanded to asymmetry mandalas. Of late, I've been creating "happenings" art, working with nature, water base media and serendipity. Early on I realized that other people may enjoy coloring these mandalas as much as I do. I now have 15 mandala coloring books, grouped by themes and asymmetry or symmetry. My mandalas are also available as 'color your own' greeting cards.

McKenzie Stott
I began my artistic journey with photography in 1996, becoming enamored with the sacred relationships we all hold with one another and specifically, our landscape. During 2007, I took a trip from Tanzania to Thailand, photographing various cultures in the context of a project called, 'Sacred Faces, Sacred Places.' By the word sacred, I meant, something that holds meaning not only in our religious landscapes, but in the mundane tasks that become part of who we are in each present moment and over the course of this human experience. I try to exude that meaning in my photographs, multimedia, art projects, and daily life. I specialize in artistic photography, candids, digital storytelling and production.

There is nothing as amazing as Mother Nature. She brings cycles and growth, death and rebirth. Beading with the organic and inorganic materials of the earth brings me closer to the magical and illusive energy of Earth. My vision is to create natural earthly objects into ethereal loveliness, representing the wonder of nature.
Besides beading I also work in paper media: painting, drawing, scrap-booking, paper layering. As a newly licensed science teacher, dog lover, chicken owner, hiker, and former dance instructor I rarely find time to create art. But when I find time I also dabble in other media such as clay, paper media (painting, drawing, scrap-booking, paper layering), poetry writing, and sewing faerie wings.
